I believe the biggest difference in the two is that blue-ray can hold 60gb(HD-DVD is 30gb)
not for long... http://www.reghardware.co.uk/2007/01...ts_51gb_hddvd/
Except a triple layer Blu-Ray disc can still hold more then a triple layer HD-DVD. Hell, TDK and a few others alrready have a 100GB recoradable Blu-Ray disc and a prototype 8-layer 200GB Blu-Ray disc on the way. In any case, whichever format wins, it will only be around for a decade before tyeh next big storage system comes out, which will probably be HVD's that can hold nearly 4TB of information currently...

i'm almost positive Blue-rays are double layered... I also heard sony is working on an 8 layered disc, making the current players absolete as well (HD-DVD players if moved to 3 layer).

So I heard Assassins Creed isn't all that.

Should I get COD4 for Xbox?

the more space they have the more info about the picture they can store and the more awesome your picture will look.
