well see i have been out drinkin before but Mardi Gras was hardcore for me. Everyone was buying medrinks because of my birthday and what not. Ihad a fun time but the aftermath was terrible. My body feels bruised lol. I'm sure I'll drink again but I don't plan on ever getting trashed again, once was enough for me, its gonna have to be a really important occasion lol.

Figured I'd just post this question in here since it's not really "Neon" related . . .

My girlfriends GrandAm blew it's power steering line because of the cold weather we've been having. She called the dealership and asked how much they'd charge to replace it and they told her $250 minimum just for the parts. She only needs the hose, the pump is fine.

Me: "Did you tell them you only need the hose?"
Her: "Ummm . . . "
Me: "Ok"

Is this really how much just the linewould cost? Idid a search onEbay and it came back anywhere between$20and $100 for power steering lines in general.

 

The general rule is any dealership or service shop will take the cost of the part and the estimated labor and then double it...

So what do you guys think about the new evo with the missing clutch and S-AWC?

Personally...I think they evo is the closest car to driving it self and making people look like good drivers. I mean...it can rev match downshifts on its own...one of the many very very hard parts of racing(heel-toe) is gone!

Plus, I don't like how it looks lol.

i do too, don't worry i just added more money to my credit card bill. Orded a locking gas cap. Contagious, would you rather have grantinilli spark plug wires or mopar ones, the grantinilli's are rated at 2 OHM's and the mopars are like 3-6 hundred, and the lower is better. Which one?
