Actually I have been pulled over several times for my license plate light being to bright. Almost got a ticket it for it to, till I told him I would fix it right there and then.

well thats def not way to think about it. If its illegal then you should'nt be doing it at all. Even thru still they havent caught you, you still are doing something illegal and wrong. If you dont like your state laws, then write your district rep or state legislator to change it. Or even better yet move to Florida, they arent as strict as IOWA...

Seems like nothing is illegal unless they catch you Ive been running my licese plate bulbs for over a yr now and I have the titinum bulbs in my turns and sides and for my backups I have the 7 color led bulbs . I also have a red led under neon kit and a rador detector which is illegal also really dont care anymore about what the cops think again I mod my ride for me and not gonna change her for anyone. I even have very dark tinted tails now and sides and 3rd brake light which I use off and on.

The laws are about the same in every state and it really doesnt matter if the cop pulling you over doesnt like something on your ride hes going to give you a ticket no matter what .

I have any red and blue neons are illegal everywhere casue of emergency vehicles unless they dont care like my cops have a ton of more important things to do than pull rides with neons over . Also theres the tinted window law most states dont like front tinted windows at all or slightly tinted they will deal with.
