Hmm.. Don't know where you got 3,189. But Dodge says 2,966. Didn't say detuning the engine by 15 lbs would make it weigh less. They may have changed other things also.

 

How do you think they reduced the engine output by 15HP? Detuning. AS for the weight, the 3,189 is the conservative number, other sources put it as high as 3,248. These sources would be: Sport Compact, Motor Trend, MSN Auto, Yahoo Auto, Edmunds, just to name a few. And that PDF is also incorrect in other spots, like the Caliber SRT-4 DOES NOT have a limited slip differential...

 

I still want one very bad just becasue its different and eveyone hates it [8D]

They should bring back the 2 door neon, but it wont happen, and sure the charger is fast but the new "charger" does not resemble the real charger at all, like a 4 door charger?? come on.
