i'm thinking about putting an srt-4 hood on my neon 03 SE. would it fit? anyone has one they don't need?

I'm pretty sure it would fit. I saw this one SRT-4 look a like. It had EVERYTHING the srt-4 had. The two things I noticed was that it was automatic(i looked) and the exhaust was cheap and definitely dual but not srt-4

yeah they will fit, but the hood and a stock neon bumper the lines will not be good, there will be a gap between the hood and the bumper......

Yeah will fit but a little gap you will have . Swimmer on here has a srt design and the coolest one around also.
