Street legal mods?

I am buying a 2005 Neon SXT and wonder if the any or all the following mods are smog legal in Nevada:

Vibrant dual exhaust

Cold air intake

60 mm throttle body

vibrant = yes
CAI = yes (as long as it has an emissions sticker... IE no ebay intake)
TB = from what i know yes its fin
