I havea 2000 Neon. After getting to work this morning, I turned the key off and the car didn't. The dash lights(seatbelt and odometer)stayed on too. Thank goodnessfor manual transmissions.After a couple hours, I went out andstartedit (starting is not a problem) and turned it offand this time itdid turn off. Any ideas what may be going on?
