That's a very nice Neon. Looks like you've put a lot of hard work into it. I'll def. say it's the best show Neon on here hands down.
You should come on this forum more often.

Actually my Vertical Doors came from GT Factory universal kit, i need to let you know that mine are welded to the frame... it give it more strength, and it goes completely 90 degrees...as for the shave handles, i think that my body shop got them from Autoloc, if i'm correct. I can actually find out tomorrow.Yes I shaved the antenna off completly, and Ibought a Internal antenna from an audio shop for like 50 bucks. Its alright, but when i'm in the car i'm normally either runnignCD's or my ipod. The 3 inch looks good, I went this route just because I was in the "shaving"mood

Thanks, I have put a few years into it, and have changed it around a bit... I can never make up my mind on things... I found this forum a while back and I was on it a couple of times... lost the address and just reciently stumbled onto it again. I will have to tell you its a lot better here than on some of those other sites... Lots of haters on some of those others... if you know what I mean...

yeah, ur car is deff. unique, i like show and go, and as we all know neons have a "throw away car" name, but i love pulling next to peoples mustangs, camaros, and hopefully vettes next year and smoke them in the quarter..... people often tend to "rice" out neons, and that is were people are very wrong, people love showing cars, and that is honestly alot of fun to do, i enjoy it and i know other people do to..... the automotive industry is a hobby and everyone has there likes dislikes, i learned along time ago u never can please everyone, but the great cars have alot of mods like urs, simple and clean.......

oh yeah, where did u get ur spindles from??? used?? if so r they a direct bolt on???

Thanks.... I hear ya all the way. It is true that there are a lot of neons out there that have a lot of "rice" done to them, or they just buy stuff to have stuff added on, but really done take into effect that the best cars take their time and make sure that everything flows correctly. I would have to say those people are Car Nuts....

As for the spindles, i have a friend that works for a Dodge dealership that had a totaled SRT that they were scraping, and the manager allowed his to pull as much as he could from it. He had someone inspect the spindles and brake setup, and everything checked out fine. There were a lot that said that I wouldn't be able to align my frontend, but the steering rack bolted up with no problems. I still haven't gotten it off the stands yet, the engine is still torn apart. I still have to bleed the brakes to make sure that eveything works right. As of right now everyting it looking good. If all works well, then my next step is for the StopTech 4-piston caliper Big Brake kit.... TCE makes a awesome Wilwood kit that I might take a look at... It all depends really...
