Default Fog light scratches

Has anyone had any luck polishing glass? There are products available, but I'm not sure what I want to do. The fogs on my 02 are chipped and scratched from normal driving, nothing too deep, but I'd like to clean them up a bit. I was figuring I'd polish them as best as I can, clear overthem, then polish some more. Anyone have any thoughts or suggestions?

The product you will want to use is called CV Headlight Restorer/Defogger. Its $20 bucks and sold at Wal-Mart and Advance Auto Parts. I actually just used this on my headlamps and was shocked with the results. They really look brand new and its easy to do. I would recommendremoving the foglights because its easier to clean them off after each sanding.I would post pics but I am waiting for my camera. The only thing I should mention is that you should wet sand the headlamps first instead of using CV 1.All the info is on their website. http://www.crystalviewchemicals.com/index.htmGood luck.

I'll check those out, but the fogs are glass.
