I was told the hole in the muffler is there to get rid of condensation>something of that nature.

I took my car to the shop today (Friday December 3rd) and they told me they couldnt touch my car till monday and it was a bummer. God I hate those people. Anyway now the sound isnt whenn I'm just turning. When I go to take off it doesnt take off as fast and it sounds like metal slapping metal on the front right side real fast. Almost like a broken axle or something. Help if yall can. Thanx

Uh...do you know what you're talking about? Maybe one of your brake calipers is sticking. But again the wonderful description...no one will have a clue.

Yep the hole is to let the moisture drain out. This moisture is from condensation as the exhaust cools after running. Reduces the rust through.

Notice how our mufflers now last many moons not just a year and a half like they did years ago...
