i can't get any codes to read it doesn't do anything differnt then the first time i turn the key my wife also try it as well.

how do you know that? You're making some rather large assumptions and accusations.

to the OP... Do not crank over the car while doing the code trick. on-off-on-off-on on the third "on" leave it there and wait. the codes should display where the miles usually do.

Also the behind the headlight that you hit is where the car's computer sits. Pop the hood and check if there is any damage to the computer or if any of the harness came unplugged.

arite got her running was looking at the pcm and i notice the bottom plug was slighty un pluged so i pluged it back in and she runs

 

thats what I was getting at lol, i just fell asleep before I could answer. It happened to me when my girlfriend hit a curb, just a loose connection. Glad you got it running!
