Well, if it was about 3 years ago i would have told ya to just roll up a fatty and say **** it all! lol anyway, no reason to feel that way. Things happen that may push you plans back a little, but if you really want just continue to push forward. Your goal of 400hp is not out of reach, even on a 2.0l.

 

yeah, and hopefully i will get there soon, like i said before i emailed the guy and maybe with any luck he will still have the 2.0 block.... if not i will just go with a bored out 2.0, maybe i will not even go stroker, it will prolly be more realible than a stroker block....... who knows, i get my intake on friday, maybe that will get me motivated again.....

 

check www.car-parts.com for blocks in your area. I've seen them as low as $100 At least it will elp you wit the howell core charge or even to save money on a local build.

 

i have my block the guy was going to build though, i am kinda glad he did not tere it down, so atleast i can get the core for it, if i go that way.......

 

or maybe i can get a rebuild kit from some ware with forged piston and rods, and just find someone else to build it???? may save me some money but i would have to take the block an hour away at least, to find someone to build it for me......

WELL, i found a guy that does race engines in batavia, but i will have to see if he has ever done a neon block..... so i have to see, maybe i will call him tonight and find out....
