Whitegolf, if you haven't invested into a cold air intake yet...go with the AEM cold air intake. Those things do wonders for neons across the powerband, and are really throaty. Here's what my neon sounded like when I had it. IT had the vibrant exhaust and the aem cold air intake, also had a few extra goods..

Yeah, they pretty much are a copy of AEM. But AEM is top of the line, and it's a true cold air intake, the filter goes down behind the fender well and sucks up air outside of the engine bay, it worked great, probably the most effective bolt on for a neon.

wow just noticed that was a bda pic, lol. actually to get it off the ground i have these 4 cement tiles that i drive the car on and then slide the jack underneath it. Either way i cant get that dam muffler off. 1st bolts stuck. 2nd to get to the bolt i have to take the rims off. 3rd I DONT HAVE THE KEY TO THE RIMS. BIG PROBLEM....
To get the bolts off, get some WD40, and a 1 time use torch. Spray, apply heat, and turn...repeat if neccessary. As for the no key for the wheels.....hope you never get a flat! Is it an actual key, or a gorrilla lock nut......if its a gorrilla lock nut, just go to a local wheel and tire place, they might have an extra one lying around.
