Where is a good place to get a computer when I start doing internal mods to my neon.

Since you have a 2000 Neon you can get an AF/xR PCM from Howell Automotive.

u wont pass Emmissions with it though just fyi..... at least thats what i've read has anyone passed emmissions with the AF/xR PCM?
