Does anybody know if there was a 00+ neon without power steering. mine breaks belts too often so i want to get rid of my pump and its really hard to turn that power rack without power steering.besides that will takesome weight off the car... lol maybe a rack off of an older neon without power steering will fit on mine?

it will be just as hard to turn as it is now... you have to be rolling for it to be easier to turn the wheel... all that static vs. kinetic friction BS.... no get ur butt into the gym and work out... haha as for 2nd gen without PS... i dont think there was one but im not sure you will have to ask our Neon god.....

well a regular un powered rack will be easier to turn than a power rack cause its not meant to have power going to it.. like on old trucks and stuff.. i dont know i cant keep a belt on there though it just shreads off when i drop gears
