electric windows r just more to go wrong, along with alittle added weight, i have sold auto parts for a long time, i will stick to my crank windows, and non ac anyday.... cheaper in the long run

 

How did you get all four doors with eletric windows? b/c i know on any neon the rears are manual.
Do you have any pics of them, and how did you do it, because you would need to make your own little bracket for the button for the windows?
1 more thing you would need to have a custom wiring harness and an empty spot in your fuse box.

a/c was an option? YES MY CAR ISNT A BASE AFTER ALL. lol
still wish i had power windows and locks, that really limits what i do to my car.

 

mine started as a BASE, as in no air, no power anything, and oh yeah, NO cd player..... accually it was an am/fm....... so it WAS just a base model...

i never new that about all the rear windows were manual???????????????????????????????????????????? ???????????

 

mine was a base also, no a/c, no power windos, no power doorlocks, no cd player, but i had a cassette player. i dont care i still like my car.

 

yup yup, less to go wrong with it... no motors to roll ur window up and down....... as long as u do not brake ur left arm u r set.......[&:]

does anyone know is that the case with the rear windows. i really have never paid attention to that at the junk yards???????

 

No 00-05 Neon ever left the factory with power back windows. It was not available.


Now, adding a set of aftermarket motors to the back isn't hard at all if a person really wants the rear to be power.

 

Yeah I added an aftermarket unit in the rear wasnt hard at all with the husbands help. Im pretty careful so I dont have to worry about them burning out anytime soon. I have no pics of how to do they come with the info when you buy the unit for the rears cost me around 50 bucks for both rear doors.

 

whats the point of making the rear windows power, when you will never sit back there?
