I'm hoping someone can help me solve this problem. My daughter drives a 2001 Neon and recently she complained about her horn not working. I went out and tried it myself and it seemed to work just fine. I told her to push in the area where the horn symbol is on the steering wheel. Well, the other day, I drove her car to work and had to use the horn to keep from getting run over by a SUV. It worked just fine thankfully. On the way home, I didn't need to use it, but remembering what she had told me decided to try it. Nothing! No matter where I pushed on the steering wheel, it just wouldn't work. Any ideas?

hmm thats a tricky one. it could be the button itself, or possibly the relay. i would try swapping the relay and see if tht fixes it
