Generally how many hours does it take to install a clutch?
How much should it cost?

I got a qoute from the dealership and it was 6hrs @ $95 an hr so about $600 for labor. I am going to call some places here locall but i was curious to know what you all think, or if you had this done how much was it total. labor & clutch.

the labour seems a bit high to me... i always thought it was about 60 but if it lumped together with a hoist fee....then ya it could be right....i dont think it would take as long as ur saying tho.... one thing about a dealerships is that each job has a set time limit..so if they do it quicker they still get paid that rate regardless and if it takes longer there pretty much workin for free. a good quality shop should do it cheaper.
