camshaft wobbles

camshaft wobbles
my camshaft wobbles or atleast i believe thats what it is.
on the right passenger side(tire) there is a clicking noise coming form the timing belt area.
My car shakes when i slow down to a stop unless i put it in neutral.
Could this be because of my camshaft or crankshaft or posssibly both parts?
if so how much is it to replace camshaft and crankshaft?
