I have returned with yet another question.


Recently I've noticed that whenever I stop suddenly, my neon begins to emit a lot of anti-freeze/coolant smelling (i'm not sure if it's) steam or smoke from under the hood.

What could be causing this problem and better yet- how do I fix it? I mean, last thing I need is to get marooned on the middle of the NY State Thruway (aka: In the Boondocks)

 

what does your temp say... I would also check your thermostat to see if it is opening correctly.. Next I would look at your overflow bottle and see if there m ight be a leak there.... just some ideas
