was comin on a 3 lane street or whatever, heavy traffic, driving on the first lane to theright where all cars were moving to turn to the right at the light, while on the other 2 lanes were stuck cuz of the red light , guy was coming from the the other side of the road into a plaza on my side about 100 ft from the lights, just someone gavehim the go's so hespeeded up and hit me when i was even going under the speed limit, no cars in front of me, dont think there were any behind either, did hit the brakes when i saw him coming from out of nowhere thanks to the traffic, so it was too late, he was coming so fast he sent metowards a tree, airbags went off but dont remnber getting hit by em, he got a ticket for making a left turn oncoming traffic, got the police report and left,called the insurance this morning, cuz i tried yesterday but no answer and they were closed at 7,so i gave them all the info, claim is opned but they told me to give em 48 hours, but cuz it is the weekend already i have to wait till monday, will have the car move from thepeoplethat towed itaway to a different place, will try to get stockparts back in and remove aftermarket ones before the insurance people take a look at itso will probly be selling the tails, spoiler and exhaust, then i will be looking into gettin a 02 or 03 r/t,heres a pic of the other car,

wow holy **** man..... i'd be so pissed off it wouldnt even be funny... but now you can buy an SRT-4.... glad you are ok though... sorry bout the car are you gonna sell the rims and everything too?...well cept for the one thats pretty bent up... but that looks like a complete total... you can see that the frame is bent... and the engine.... well you are lucky it didnt end up in your lap...... im surprised the cops didnt make you goto the hospital b/c of how serious it looks..... plus they usually send you to the ER if the airbags go off. anyways sorry about the car man keep us posted and if "you want we should mess dat lincoln...." lol

Looks like the tree got the best of the car. If you wouldn't have hit the tree then the car could have possibly been repaired.
