this is exactly how it is supposed to work.

seems Dodge or Chrysler in general is pretty good about doing this automatically...even my 96 Caravan will not let you select re-circ when the **** is anywhere in the defrost position.

I've had older cars, or different brand cars that would let you tho... those are the ones I'm talkin about that make me laugh on the freeway. Some old or not so smart people (I have known...).. just have that stupid switch on re-circ permanently, like all the time...thinkin it helps something... cuz even if you have the setting on heater, and it's like real humid and raining outside, it's gonna fog up the windows!
