Where is the PCV valve located on an 01 neon?

Is that the line that is coming into the back of the motor (when looking at it from the front of the car)?

Reason I ask is I'm going to seafoam the car and was wondering if I could just pour it into that line to get it down into the top-end of the motor.

your pcv valve is located on the drivers side of the valve cover. there is a rubber hose running from the valve cover to the intake manifold. the connector on the valve cover is your actual pcv valve.
