I've been looking at some of the ebay headers. There are two 02 two sensor inserts, Im just wondering if thats anything like a cat and will not set off the CEL?

Which ebay header? There isn't a specific "Ebay" brand.

They are usually Tsudo, OBX or Pacesetter...

That looks exactly like a Tsudo...

The second o2 sensor before the flex pipe will still trigger a CEL & it will be loud as hell since the downpipe serves as a cat delete.

You might have to extend the o2 wires to reach that far...not sure.

 

I just pick up an srt midpipe and rear section, I have a hole in my flexpipe. So, I figured I'd get a header, while Im under there. Im not looking to spend over $125, but if thats going to trip the CEL, then I'll leave it stock.

well you can fool the o2 sensor with a spark plug nonfouler trick, but you would have no backpressure whatsoever with the srt cat back and it would also sound like crap so i would stick with the stock
