Okay I did a little search but didn't find much on my question..

Anyway, on my 01 ES the clutch feels real spongey, kinda slow at grabbing gears. Im not sure if its just the way Neons feel or maybe the clutch is going out. Today I tried to launch it quick just to see what it could do, gave it a good rev and plenty of gas and let the clutch out quick which resulted in a completely pathetic bog and slow launch. Also when normal driving say like 2nd to 3rd gear at 3k, right after I upshift I can hear a little rattle for maybe 2 seconds and sometimes it studders a little bit between 2000 and 3000 rpms. That MIGHT just be plugs and wires, which I plan on replacing soon...Anyone have any advice??

 

If you are bogging thats probably a good thing lol. Means that the weight of the car is stopping the engine. And for that to happen your clutch would have to have some meat left.
