I have a CNC shop, if you pay the shipping, I'm willing to give it a go. I bored the carbs on by bike, can't be much different. I can supply a new butterfly plate, but you may have to set the idle.

If you would be interested in grabbing one next time your at a junk yard and messing with it if gladly reimburse you (cost of TB and shipping, hell ill even give you a tip ) and you could just ship it back to me in canada I think 57 mm would be great for me! I don't get out to junkyards too often anymore, I just shop eBay now. If you pick one up there and have it sent to me from the seller, I'll let you know when arrives. We can work out shipping when I get it finished. I had debated doing the one on mine, just never got around to it.
