so if I do the rear conversion do you think I should to the front conversion too if I go with stoptech?

yes cause it would be wierd to have srt/ nice brakes in the back and stocks up front.

So I did some looking at stoptech, wilwood, and rotora. Couldn't seem to find anything to fit the SRT-4 or Neon from rotora.

Then one question is...if I got a full brake system for the SRT-4 do you think I would need some bigger wheels?

rotora should have the big brake kits, like a grand each. For the srt brakes at least 17inch + rims will be fine
