Neon pouring out Black Smoke

Neon pouring out Black Smoke
I have a 2000 neon w/automatic transmission and 67K on the odometer that is currently giving me fits. It will start but just barely and when it idles or trying to give it a little throttle it sounds like a snowmobile that has the chock on. Black smoke rolls out of the exhaust and really burns the eyes. When the car came out of the garage it ran ok but only after a couple of miles this current condition (fuel very rich) started. I have literally changed everything in this car consisting of: Crank sensor, cam sensor, knock sensor, changed the complete throttle body, air temperature sensor, engine coolant sensor, rear and front 02 sensor map sensor and even the PCM to see if it would run correctly. I also have the timing cover off of the engine so that I may see the timing marks and it is firing a tooth or so before top dead center. I have checked fuel pressure it is at 49 Pounds and changed the fuel rail and all of the injectors and all of the spark plugs and still nothing. We even pulled the intake manifold off and set the injectors in the opening of the intake and it does the same fuel rich running. One thing that we noticed is that there seems to be blowback coming back out of the intake, which shouldn’t be. Compression test showed each cylinder to have 150-170 pounds of pressure and the exhaust does not appear to be plugged. I have not been able to find the EGR on this car and was wondering if it could be stuck open? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

RE: Neon pouring out Black Smoke
Thanks for your reply's, no i did not put diesel in the tank, fact when the intake manifold was off we put a couple of shot of either in the car to see if it would rev up. Nothing it still ran very rich with no reving and it should have momentarly screemed. So as you can see i am at my wits end with this car. As far as the egr i have yet to find anything that would even look like one on the 2000 neon.I also have the airbox off of the neon so i am not sucking in oil from the valve cover or anywhere else.
