The Pro's are the ones that I'm going with then. I don't want to drop it too much, still want it to be speed bump safe,LOL. So the Blues are better then the KYB's, I'll keep that in mind when I get around to placing my order. I guess I'll need a camber kit too and I was going to add a decent anti-sway bar kit as well. Then I can do all my suppension mods, get a 4 wheel alinement and be done with it.

I have the Tokico HP Blues, Eibach Pro Kit springs, Hotchkis Sway Bars, and front/rear strut bars and couldnt be happier with the combination. I don't have a camber correction kit installed and the local tire shop was able to get an alignment done without any problems, so i doubt you'll need one...if you were going for a larger drop I would definitely recommend it though.

What the cheapest way to make the neon go faster? so far I have,

short shifter

A 75 Wet Shot of No2 would probably give you more HP then just about any other bolt on unless you want the power all the time then a turbo kit would be the best way to go but you can't really run much over 10 psi or you'll mess up the stock engine. They say 6-10 psi but personally I'd stick with about 8 psi to be safe.
