Thats actually what Im going to do take off the excess diamonds and leave the line/ pin stripe is what I call them. The excess was my moms idea. Will look much better with just the line . Still covers my keyed line . This thread wont be a time bomb anymore if graphite and the others will chill out with me .

 

I like her better with the diamonds too many have the cudas . Im planning on taken the access off and leaving the pin stripe as I call it . She will look even better with the lip kit on , halo fogs on and drop and maybe a cuda hood and debating if I want vertical doors or shave all my door handles and key hole for the trunk. what do you think about those plans and ideas graphite. I wanna at least try to be civil with you ok. Lets just stick with talkin about my sxt and nothing else ok.

If i wanted to win shows with your car, i would...

01. Scrap the diamonds!
02. Red woven CF hood, painted black leaving a CF "V" shape that matches the outside edges of the grill. (could find a pic if needed.)
03.Find Cuda stripes in CF, but in a red CF to match the hood. (Tom in NJ has them, Dick in AZ has them, and Harry in MN may have them... but how many are actually going to have them in your local area and in your show?)
04. Lip kit, paint matched... no crazy **** like Kelvara!
05. No vertical doors... (everybody has them)
06. Shave all door handles and key holes
07. Tint
08. Wheels
09. A pair of nice corbeau or ricaro racing seats for the front. (Quality, not cost savings)
10. Katzkin leather to match the front for the back. (Quality, not cost savings)
11. Nice stereo, speakers, and custom enclosure in the trunk.
12. Turbo kit
13. Nitrous system installed with bottle in trunk. (even if you never use it)

Three things to remember:

1. Less is more...
2. Rice does NOT win shows
3.Your car is not an SRT-4, so in no way imply that it is in any way.

Ok I really like your ops and the sxt-4 is noway to do with a srt4 . The 4 in srt means 4cylinders just like all neons have . I just like the sxt-4 thing No way do I want my sxt like a srt4 . I just have the wing cause I didnt like my stock wing . The exhaust was free and Iwant to either get a hks muffler or a single magnaflow exhaust to go with the lip kit a little better. My lip kit is already black just need to get the sides painted to match. I was lookin into getting somekind of red and black racing seats . Already have tint and for the time being stickin with my new 16inchers until I can find some 18 or 19inchers for the summer. Like the shaved door thing more than the vertical door thing. Might look into the red cf hood thing and maybe red cf trunk if they have one and the red cf cudas . But for now stickin with my diamonds but less cluttered look. Thanks graphite at least I have ideas to work with.

 

Oh yeah what do you think about me going with a hahn stage 2 kit for my sxt . Im not really into doing thesrt swap plus I want to keep her as a auto. Also what nitrous setup should I go with if I do go with one. Plus what red woven cf hood should I go with . I think cbd has them . I already know where to get red/cf 102 cuda stripes revolution motorsports where I got my black cf stripes. whats a good setup for my trunk for the speaker thing I dont like subwoofers . Just nice speakers either 4 or 5 ways . Plus Im lookin into getting a indash dvd player . I have a awesome pioneer stereo. Also I might not be able to find me a cf red woven hood and its going to be a srt4 one if i do . So how about I just get me some cf red 102 cuda stripes instead of the diamonds . I think that idea would look really nice and different and I have some red cf dash kit to install also.

 

Your ATX should hold the pre-set 8psi from the hahn kit as long as you at least get a tranny cooler. I know you like to believe what they have listed on thier site but, you will barely put 200 to the wheels with a unmodified hahn kit. Your tranny should be safe.

 

go with like a 50-75 shot..... and i agree with graphite on this... nos helps win shows.... as dumb and stupid as that sounds it is true (**** u could put a damn emply bottle in the back with a line hooked to it and people would think u have it).... i am going to put it on my car when i get the bottom end built up to handle it, anyway.......

nos, or zex makes a good wet system (dry sucks) i honestly am going to spray my car two times, that is it.... one dyno, one strip for braggin rights, the rest of the time it will be just to purge pulling into a show..... simple is better airwolf... just remember that....

the cars that win shows are accually very very simple..... granted the crazy ones win to, but they is a VERY fine line on SWEET, and RICE..... i think u have the right idea airwolf... just keep it up and KEEP IT SIMPLE........ i was thinking today at work about ur car.... and i really think that those carbon fiber cuba stripes would look sick on ur car, one it is simple, and to they will not pop as much as the red does..... just sayin..... but ur car

 

damn dis thread went from 1 page to 4. airwolf no offense but i just don like the diamonds it woul look cleaner without them. i like the flip flop trunk and ur rims. but other dan the diamonds its ok. and dats just my opinion.

 

I think Im going with red /cf 102 cuda stripes instead of the black /cf cuda stripes would look better with my red stuff I have on already. Also the hahn kit Im not lookin to race anyone just want a little more power than I have now . I like simple and different and not to flashy and I guess the diamonds were to flashy.

 

dimonds tend to sparkle and shiny lol
