Default 03 SXT Front End Noises - HELP!

My 03 SXT 78K Miles is now making some interesting noises. Under Accel in 1st through 3rd (manual 5spd trans) especially there are some "klunking" noises as well as a grrrr / vvvvrrrr (how the hell do you describea noise!) At hwy speeds the wheel is shaking and a grrr grrr grrr noise that increases with speed is heard. It's also quite a bitlouder and more pronounced when in a right hand curve on the freeway. This has progressivly gotten worse since the first time I heard the odd noise. It startedonly when the car was cold and only in until the car warmed up and only could be heard when the car went over dips in the road. I've put the car up on jack stands and no ripped or torn cv boot covers. The wheels spin freely. Moving the tires back and fourth only a mild noise from the differential in the trans can be heard. Shaking the tires about everything seems tight. I'm aggrivated that the problem isn't obvious. [:@]

My thoughs: Wheel Bearings, CV Joints, Possible Shock Mount or Shock issues etc. Let me know if you have had this issue yet and or what you think it could be.

Thanks!

^ from the above comment i would guess it is a wheel bearing.

wasnt this a problem dodge was fixing? maybe not a recall but i remember hearing something about it. it was something to do with the bearing or outer cv joint or something like that. i do know that the ones that were getting replaced because of this problem was only for the passenger side.
