best **** is get a spray middle

1/2 water 1/2 white distilled vinegar

wipe off with non colored newspaper

OMG, if you dont pay attention, yo will forget your window is up, its that clean

I use invisible glass cleaner for my neons windows works awesome .

no clue I don't have tint, find a car in the parking lot and try it out.

how would he do that....? tint is on the INSIDE side of the window....
