Default curious as to the possible cause......

So, I am curious if anyone knows what is going on with my gf's car, or can shed any light.

Back story. Car was purchased about a month ago and she found out a little after that it has a salvage title. It was in some collision that was in the front. Also, the cruise will sometimes not work.

Now, the other day she noticed that when she was driving, she turned on the headlights and the radio turned off for a second. Today, she was driving and when she went over a speed bump the car turned off! This baffles me, so I am asking, has anyone have any clue where to start looking to fix this? The car is sitting now and wont turn over. She tried to jump it, but the dome light apparently barely light up when hooked up to the other car.

Thanks.

check if the battery is locked in position correctly as well as the terminals are not all gunked up and that the wires are connected to it firmly.... if all that checks out i'd say there is a short somewhere in the wiring harness.....
