My little project
no, i'm going to use a manilla folder. Because i plan on doing this for some other people too. Cause i paint it the primary color, then i place the template/folder over it and spray real quick
well finished the template last night, waiting for the primer to dry and iff all turns out, where i don't have to sand it again then time for the silver. Will have pics up later tonight.
Primered

The main color, its shiny
(1 coat)

Hopefully i can get the black put on before tonight or even finish it by tonight and put it on tommorrow, i'll keep you guys and gals updated

bad news no black tonight, daylight is only allowing one more coat and it is the silver, have to re-wet sand on the siver for like the third time. Just wish had my own house cause i would paint in the garage or something
Just a heads up, if youre talking about making a spray stencil, you should use clear acetate(the sheets for overhead projectors). I do alot of grafitti style art and trust me its the way to go. Its much more stable, and wont curl or absorb the moisture from the paints.
mine is the same msd coil as you got. its the flat connectors i believe. the round connectors are for the eclipse i think. could be wrong. ive had it on there for a few months now. btw, this project of your is gonna look f'in sweet once its done. gonna match your car perfectly.
