Default Stage 2 clutch

Before I bought my Neon I was looking at a new spyder eclipse. When I went out on the test drive I kept choking down and it felt like I had never driven a stick before. The car dealer later told me that the car's clutch had been replaced with a stage2. Has anyone on here changed there cluth and if so do you like what its done for you?

The only real difference is they beef up the clutch and it will engage harder and hold better, also expext the petal to be harder to push.

They are only needed after some serious mods.

I don't know about that. I am going on my 3rd clutch from autozone in about 2 months.

The cluch the car came with was fine, the "stock" replacements from autozone suck.
