my dad had a 68 Camaro RS, baby blue, convertible, with the 327 small block and the 4spd auto trans, that thing was an animal! it was suppose to be MY CAR! but he HAD to sell it b/c my parents were getting a divorce so money was realllllly tight, so he sold it for 18,000 bucks to some guy in North (or was it south) Carolina... guy was a complete hick... he basically turned the RS into an SS with some Yenko inspired crap here and there... basically he ruined the f&*kin' car(he sent us pics of it after he changed everything)... anyways if my dad held onto it for another 2-3 years he woulda been able to sell it for like 25-30 grand instead of 18... it had all the options that are like reallllly desired now... the hideaway headlights, he did a conversion to 4 wheel disc brakes b/c the drums just wouldnt stop the thing... hehehe the RS wheels, the convertible top... and a bunch more i cant think of... it was such a beautiful car and it totally broke his heart to sell it 
i been tryin to find another one to possibly buy and work on but idk my dad doesnt seem to into it that much anymore.... but if i found a 67 or 68 with a 302 in it i bet my dad would jump all over it for the right price 
so im keepin my eye out for sure! hehe

thats no typo, we bought it from a lawyer who was havin a baby and needed cash fast, just think we can go around and sell it for twice that now.
TO Izero:
samething happened to this car in its past they put these ginormous wheels on the car with the ugliest green i have ever seen in my life painted on the car.
Its sad how people ruin these cars.

The sound was extremely loud, loudest noise i have ever heard.
I wasn't worried about my ears after the explosion, it was more important to me to make sure i didn't get shot, i thought it was a really loud gun at first. Then i walked to get the mail and saw something hanging down under the car.
