I'm buying a 04 base model and have a 04 sxt donor car. I'm changing the cluster,rims,& rear spoiler. Is there anything else better on the sxt model i should swap to the base model . THANKS for any response!!! MATT !!!!!

 

if the sxt has a front bumper with fog lights, i would grab that. and a/c is included with sxt but an extra for your base model. if you dont have a/c, grab it. maybe the cd player? dont know if your base has one. if you are getting the fog lights, get the turn signal switch also because it controls the fogs. also, grab the keyless entry system from the sxt so you can pop the trunk by remote and stuff. also, all the sxt's come with color matched trim plastic peices around the shifter and a/c , radio cluster. grab those as well. anything else i forgot??

 

Sounds about right. First thing that came to my mind was the color matched trim pieces, if the same color as your car. Swap rims if you have hubcaps.

 

my sxt didn't come with colormatched trim it just came with that wannabe-faux cf...

 

I have an 04 SE... (that is a "base" model, isn't it?)...altho mine did come with A/C

Thing that comes to mind that I wish I had are the power windows and power door locks, which I think were standard on the SXT's

..altho, that would be alot of work to swap those two..or would it?
