Ok guys, an Update:

I went to walmart again today to complain. What they did was, they gave me a piece of paper for my name adress and complaint incident. After I wrote my story down, they took some pics of my wheels (she better took damn good detailed pics), and then she said that they arent the ones to do anything, the insurance has to respond. So what they did was, they took my paper, and sent it off to the insurance to be examined. She said that they should give me a call sooner or later to discuss this. [:@]

So i drove 45 minutes to the walmart and all they said was, they will call me back....Grrr.

Oh by the way, remember how only 3 were balanced with weights and one wasnt? The guy who balanced them said that 4th one was already balanced so he didnt add any weight.

yea if they put the wheel just right the wheel dont have to be balanced. i learned dis on my auto class. we were mounting and balancing wheels and like a tire has a certain point that if its lined up wit the center of the rim good it wont need to be balance.
