Back in the 80's (in my area) drug dealers and gang bangers all had the darkest tint possible and you could not see into their cars. The cops didnt like that so they starting pulling everyone over with that Pres tint and giving them tickets but also it was a way for the cops to finally see who is driving those cars. Then they made it a law against having that tint because most of the crime came from people with that tint. The only people using it was the criminals.
