I know this post is really old, but I don't feel like starting a new thread for people to waste their lives clicking on and taking up space in cyberspace. lol

So I picked up some tint from Autozone to attempt to put them on my windows...At first I did great! But there was this single piece of dust under the film...so i removed part of the film to wipe off that dirt....then when I reapplied the film up, there was white residue left behind from the towel that I just used (GRRRR!!!!) I ran out of tint film so I had to take it off and I will buy more and try it again another day haha.

Meanwhile, I had a little left over tint and decided to tint my clear side markers. It was mainly because no stores around here carry the tint in a spray can (In fact, they don't even know what that is or if it exists....hobby shops too!!!)

Anyways, it is %35 tint and I assumed it would look black compared to my bumper...but it was even better! The tint made this bluish color that matched my bumper! I guess I wont need the tint in a can any more...lol



And since N30N has the same paint color as me, I suggest you do it man.

ill try to and i have been trying....they have some black custom clear corners but i want clear not black

 

Im like you N3ON Im looking for the clear also. Ill go tinted if I have too.

 

i got mine from a local performance shop. Think it was a company called alfa otto. Just go there and say how much for clear sidemarkers

 

To bad I cant go there. Why dont you get them and sell them to us?
