i need some help....
ive been trying to find a good computer tuning programmer for my 04 sxt neon but i cant seem to find any programmers for it.
can anyone pin point me in the rite direction or hit me up with a link to one thatll work for things like rpm change and tire/speeometer correction. and rev limiter change.

by tuning program do you mean something like a chip? cause if so theres tons of them out there. But none of them work.... your best bet would be to try to get MS and someone else can chime in where i dropped off
