Air intake and you already have plugs and wires and a glasspack i dont know about getting you better gas mileage it just helps a loud exhaust quiet down some.

Try to find out if you are taking away from the back pressure. If you are you ill lose gas milage. Spend a few more bucks and get a good muffller. at my work we sell one for $45 that has the same sound as a glass pack (sounds better if you ask me). Also this way you dont have to remove the cat because that will kill yor gas milage.

why would he have to remove the cat for a glasspack...........?

You don't have to but alot of people remove the cat or smash the comb out of it and put a glass pack where is used to be a straight pipe the rest.
