I have an '04 SXT with the factory 6 disk CD changer in it now. I am planning on removing the factory head unit and cd changer and replacing both with a Sony GT420U that I can use with my Creative Zen 4GB mp3 player. What I don't want to have when i get done is the gaping hole in the bottom of the dash where the cd changer now sits.

Does anyone know if there is some sort of dash "pocket" that will fit in the hole left when I remove the CD changer? Do all Neons have a dash that goes all the way down, or do models without the CD changer have a shorter dash.

I plan on selling the factory cassette head unit and CD changer and getting most of the money back for the Sony unit.

i have an 02 without the 6 disc changer and there is the hole for it, but there is a little pocket cover thats cliped in so that space is usable for me. you might be able to find that pocket coverplate at a junkyard.
