Default 2003 Dodge Neon (automatic) - Transmission/Brake issues

I just had brake and transmission work done on my car. I took it to a Chrysler dealership.

ISSUE: Converter failed and debris throughout transmission
RESOLUTION: 21000733 Transaxle, Automatic - Remove and install for recondition 4-speed transaxle

They also resurfaced rotors and drums, did an alignment, and put in brand new air cleaner (the whole unit).

This is what I am seeing after it was "fixed".

Transmission [ul][*]worse fuel economy (~1.5 mpg)[*]shifts are harder[*]shifting at points it never used to (even when new)[*]less power[*]little kicks/jumps when above 60 mph (with gas pedal in same position) [/ul]Brakes [ul][*]significant pulsating between 40-60 mph (passengers have noticed it)[*]have to depress pedal further for any real braking to happen[*]takes longer to come to a complete stop[/ul]My car has been a nightmare the past year. It only has 59K miles on it. Anyone have any ideas? I'm about ready to throw in the towel and sell it and get a toyota.

It sounds as if they left off the vacuum lines or put them on wrong on the transmission.
hope this helps.
