Since Taking over the Neon as my daily driver 130 miles round trip I've been looking at what I want to do. I know this will not add performance, increase MPG or change the tone of the exhaust much so please don't try and convince of another dual tip setup. I only want the R/T rear setup for the looks and VERY slight change in exhaust tone. The problem is that I'm having trouble tracking down an R/T Muffler for a decent price. Any leads? Used but in great condition is an option also! Also looking for a Silver mopar lip kit. I saw a set on ebay a few days ago but cannot locate it now.....grrrr

you could get the lip kit from a dealer but not the side skirts

 

I have an 05 SXT. Also would an SRT-D front bumper be a direct swap?

 

yes a srt design bumper would be a direct swap cause the srt design is just a sxt with a twist. A friend of mine over on srt forums did it to his sxt the srt design bumper and his is the best lookin most unique sxt ever . His name is supertrick over there. Try a junk yard or ebay for an r/t exhaust better bet is to get a srt exhaust there everywhere . Just add a glasspack to quiet it down . I got my lip kit at my dealership for 80bucks and my sides off ebay for 50bucks . I rarely see any sideskirts anywhere for sale. Goodluck at modding your sxt.

 

yes it fits also the front lip fits on the srt-d bumper.


also the R/T exhaust is made to fit the with the lipkit since it has the cutouts for the exhaust

 

No the rear lip kit doesnt have a dual cutout just a single cutout . Had to cut mine out to match the other side to fit my srt exhaust. Not a problem.

 

I thought the R/T exhaust was a perfect fit with the lip kit...cutouts and all...Glad to know. I'm not able to find a good picture of the rear lip kit so I'll go off your word.

Yeah I just installed mine a few months ago so I should no pretty well. Just installed my r/t sideskirts last month. I love the mopar lip kit on my sxt . It gives mine a awesome look.

 

DCx provides a line for the second cutout. it comes with one cutout but its made to fit the the R/T exhaust so they provdie the line.
