I just bought a 2005 neon sxt. The first thing i want to do is get new headlights and tail lights covers i want to get rid of the bug eye look and go with something sleeker, and a larger spoiler, and yes some rims, any good sights that i should check out.
Killing two birds with one stone...i also want to put a new muffler on it to give it a deeper sound and make it look better/run better. Do i have to put in a whole exhaust (cat back muffler) not entirly sure what that is, to achieve the deep rumble muffler effect or can i just replace the muffler? and can it be installed without taking it into a shop. thank you for any insite/ help.

Ebay is where I got my halo projectors headlights and foglights and my black led taillights cheaper than modern and the same as modern.
