Default night709's paint progress post

Here are just a few pictures from my camera of how things are going with the car. It's turning out really sick and I can't wait to see the end product this weekend. Freaking stoked to see it, the rest of the picture pill be uploaded after I get them on the computer and sort through them. There's a lot of pictures that I have taken while the guy has been working.

Grill before anything:

The guy does one hell of a good job one this stuff. I'm glad to be having him do this, it's a nice little custom job when it's all done. Sorry if they are a bit crap of quality but there ya go.

It is...and I tell you if you get a car with that color...your f***ed, that stuff is like liquid gold. He is going to be adding some stuff to it when it's done, that and he is painting some interior dash parts a nice kandy color for me. Him and I are both really stoked to see it come out in the end, we are going to be workin' all weekend on the car. We were out till 1:00am last night just finishing up parts of the fenders, the under side of the hood, the grill, and the bumper.

He's going to add racing stripes custom painted into the car parts.

Just to get the front end parts done was around $550 for just paint and clear I already had the primer on me, it's the most expensive color painted onto Chrysler cars. The stuff comes out f***ing sweet looking and we are loving how it's coming out.

Now I'm going to buy side markers for the car but I'm still stuck between clear and smoke, I'm leaning towards smoked at the moment but it's going to get determined when it's all finished and on the car.

I am thinking about doing the bumpers, sideskirts and some spot painting.

Does it match well with the older paint?

Well we are going to rip off the doors and blend the paint in so there isn't much problem on that end. The guy does one hell of a job.
