I will let it bake in the sun and see if any moisture can dry itself out of the paint. If that doesnt work I will go over it with a hot cloth iron, etc do whatever I can until it is fixed right.

i have the same problem but mine is really small.the bumps are so so small so im not worried

I am. Just me though... I know what they potentially can turn into. Im hoping its just the clear pushing itself off the base, or the base pushing off the primer... and not the primer bubbling off the metal... I guess I have a 66% shot at no rust if you look at it that way.
