hello all. does anybody know how to remove the dash in a 04 neon and change the dash leds? thanks

 

you mean for the instrument cluster? If so you pop off the a pillars. Then there is a screw on each end of the dash. Then in the center defrost area there are two more screws. The dash should be able to pop up then. There are also two more screws on the plastic underneath the steering wheel. Remove that piece. the curvy bezel on the bottom of the cluster should pop out. Four more screws to completly remove the cluster and you are done. Just go reverse toput everything back. DISCONNECT YOUR BATTERY BEFORE DOING ALL OF THIS.
