Default Turn Signals Won't Work - Get "Fuse" Message

I have a 2000 Neon that I just purchased and the turn signals/hazards are not working - I just get a "Fuse" message on the dash. I have checked all of the fuses in the driver's side panel, and all are okay. I know that the car has been in a minor accident on the passenger side with a deer, but other than that, have no history. Does anyone know what this may be and how I could fix it?

Thanks in advance guys.

Welcome to the forum. How do the bulbs look? How are the fuses under the hood?

yea bro you have to check your engine fuses right behind the battery.or in front????
but check them and you need to be carefull and check everyone closely.sometimes they will blow close to the color on the fuse insted of in the middle.also make sure thy're pushed down all the way.

Otherwise if fuses are fine, it is more then likely your multifunction switch.
